Absolutely loved this place! It had been a few years since we had a big family vacation and the house was able to accommodate all of us. They even had a pack and play for babies! I like that the location was really close to perdido beach. It wasn’t over overcrowded and clean beach. The refrigerator wasn’t work when we got there and Bobby & Janet quickly sent over someone over to fix it. They were always responsive and helpful. Definitely great hosts and AirBnB!!

This condo was everything we expected and more. The house was super spacious, beds were comfortable and clean. The game room was a plus for the 4 teenage girls they utilized it a bit. The neighborhood was super quiet and we got to enjoy some bike time cruising the neighborhood at night. The condo was in the perfect area it was short drive to several public beach access points, restaurants and shopping. The host were amazing with giving recommendations to places and were super quick with answering any questions we had. The only complaint I could give was the paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels were lacking we had to purchase more but that wasn’t a huge deal. I would definitely recommend this condo and host and I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby & Janet’s! The house is situated between Charlevoix & Petoskey so you get the best of both. The house is on a quiet lake & is well stocked with everything you need, including games, etc. The owners are very nice & responsive. We’ll stay again!

The house was as listed and well maintained. It was just like the pictures and great for our large family. I loved that it was quiet but still close to the beach and restaurants.

My group and I loved staying here! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, so cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner was a breeze. Perdido Key was only a 2 minute drive from the location; Bobby and Janet provided us with everything we needed from a memorable time including bikes, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and a cooler! Most importantly, Bobby and Janet were VERY RESPONSIVE before and throughout my stay, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you!

Great location - close to Pensacola & Gulf Shores with Johnson's Beach just a few minutes up the road.
Bobby & Janet were very responsive & proactive providing many suggestions for local restaurants & things to do. They had plenty of beach toys & chairs in the garage including a couple of wagons to haul it all. Although we had brought our own things to use, we ended up using a couple of their things as well.
The place was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The furniture was ok, not super comfortable but it's honestly what I would expect for a beach house rental. One of the couches had a bent leg so we were a bit concerned it might break while we there (it didn't) but we let them know when we left & they said they would take care of it.
We had plenty of space for our large group of friends & family (5 adults, 8 kids). it was a great stay & a place I would use again.

Felt like a home, everything is there. Contact is good. Good ambiance. The best since a long time Nothing bad to say, maybe an older fitness but that is it.

This is an amazing property! It is the perfect location to experience all that the downtown area has to offer along with the quiet beauty of northern Michigan. Bobby and Janet ensured the place was in pristine condition and provided everything to make us feel welcome. The comfortable beds ensured we all had a good night’s sleep.
We were disappointed that rain kept us from enjoying the inviting outdoor amenities. The interior space was comfortable for having a group getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back.

Bobby and Janet's place was wonderful. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed were the floors and how clean they were. I figured there would be sand everywhere or somewhere since it is so close to the beach. There were 2 techs upstairs in the game room when we arrived for check in and we were a bit uncomfortable about this but Bobby and Janet had messaged already as soon as they new the techs would be coming to the house. I just didn't check my message in time enough to be prepared. One main thing I loved is that there were plenty of bikes available to ride and the location is perfect for bike riding. There were a couple that needed tweaking which I was disappointed about but if I would have messaged I know Bobby and Janet would have sent someone right away. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I had the most amazing rest here. I'm not a good sleeper and I had much needed REM sleep during my stay. The kitchen is well stocked also which is huge for me!
